Prayer is an opportunity to draw close to God, to minister to others, to build His Kingdom, to become like Jesus …

Effective Prayer is prayed according to His will; in agreement with His word and directed by His Spirit.

Believe like Daniel, that God hears your prayers.  He desires relationship with you.  He loves you beyond your understanding.  He cheers you on throughout each day.  Read His word to build your faith.  Watch it bloom.

Speak His word to remind you that His power to invoke change is limitless.  His faithfulness to fulfill His promises is absolute.  Study His word to understand your place in His body.  Be an instrument of change in this world.

Pray like Moses, knowing that your prayers make a difference.  Be bold to approach God.  Speak His word on behalf of His people and for the lost.

Learn from Ezekiel, to be a watchman on the wall.  Pray what God is showing you.  Become a prayer warrior for Him.

Apply what you learn from the Bible in your daily life and in your prayers.  Expect to see Him working at all times and in all places.  Look and listen for what He is doing.  Join Him.

Prayer is the open admission that without Christ we can do nothing. And prayer is the turning away from ourselves to God in the confidence that He will provide the help we need. Prayer humbles us as needy and exalts God as wealthy
